Our Cows
Healthy pastures-contented cows- sustainable protein
We raise our Hereford, Angus, and American British White cattle on a mix of grasses and clover. The fact that cows can convert grass to an immense amount of nutrient-dense protein will always amaze us. Grass IS their diet and during their last months with us, we offer a small grain ration on top of the best grasses we have access to. We believe in raising cows as naturally as possible. This means open spaces year-round, fresh and adequate water, minerals, quality forage and low-stress handling. Their quality of life is directly related to the quality of our beef and we believe you will taste the difference.
