Buying a Beef Share
Stock your freezer with premium, locally raised beef straight from our farm. Our beef shares offer a convenient way to enjoy a lasting supply of high-quality local, beef while supporting thoughtful farming practices. Our animals are raised with care- resulting in flavorful beef your family will truly enjoy.
Stock up on steaks for the summer, short ribs & shanks for fall stews, flavorful roasts, and plenty of our extraordinary course ground beef. Enjoy a freezer full of variety and peace of mind year-round!
What to Expect with a Half Share:
With a variety of steaks, roasts, slow cooking cuts, and 100 lbs. of our delicious and versatile ground beef, our Half Share package is a great choice for families looking to stock their freezer for about a year.
With a half-cow share, you will receive approximately 180-190 lbs. of our pasture-raised, grain finished beef in various cuts that come from one animal, priced at $14 per packaged pound. This share size allows for cut customization. After we receive your deposit, we will email you to schedule a time to review your cutsheet.

Expect to pay around $2,600 for a ½ share ($1000 deposit included).

The remainder of your payment is calculated and required at day of pick up.

This amount of beef will last a family of four 6-10 months (unless you are really big beef eaters!)

10 cubic feet of freezer space is recommended to accommodate a half share (the more space the better for organizing and accessing!)
Our beef is processed at a Humane-Certified, USDA facility and all cuts come carefully portioned and vacuum sealed.
We cannot accept returns on any item. All sales are final.

With a variety of steaks, roasts, slow cooking cuts, and 50 lbs. of our delicious and versatile ground beef, the quarter share package is a great choice for couples looking to stock their freezers for a year, or families looking for a half-year's supply of beef.
With a quarter-cow share, you will receive approximately 80-90 lbs. of our pasture-raised, grain finished beef in various cuts that come from one animal, priced at $14.50 per packaged pound.

With an eighth beef share, you will receive approximately 45-50 lbs. of our pasture-raised, grain finished beef in various cuts priced at $15 per packaged pound.
